We hope that everyone had a fantastic Labor Day weekend! We are back and in full swing right away here getting ready for our next Football Game performance this Friday. We are excited about performing more of the show, and gearing up for our first competitive outing on September 21st at the Arlington Open Invitational.
A HUUUUGE THANK YOU to everyone who came out to unload and help build the Stage Prop last week. Special thanks to Susan Boresky for coordinating the work party. We truly appreciate our folks who took time on Saturday afternoon to make this happen. Our students and parents are the best!

THE UNIFORM COMMITTEE NEEDS OUR HELP! Please see the Sign-Up Genius below to help with home games. All of the home games are on one Sign Up Genius. There will be other Sign Up Geniuses for competitions, so be on the lookout for those. Take a look and sign up to help where you can. We need the most help AFTER the games!! It is a big job to go through and organize all the uniforms to keep them in good shape.Thanks everyone!!
We will be holding our first ever HHS Band Mattress Sale this Saturday 9/7, from 10am-5pm. Please make every attempt to spread the word to all of our friends and families that might be on the lookout for a new mattress. Students will have the opportunity to earn money they can apply to the Spring Trip.

All-West Audition Music
The 2019 ALL-WEST audition music is now available on the WTSBOA Website. Please print this and begin working on it asap. The January 18th, 2020 audition is mandatory for all students enrolled in an Honors Section of band (grades will be based on student performance at this event). Please see the directors with questions about this assignment. The All-West Audition Music can be found here:
Band Booster Dues
By now, we should have all paid or planned to pay the first two installments (May 15th and July 15th)of the Band Booster Dues. Please work to stay current on these payments as this is how we fund Band Camp and purchasing all of the materials and equipment for Band Camp and the early part of the marching season. The next payment due will be September 15th.
Late payment notices will be issued this week for all accounts that are past due. As a reminder, a minimum of two payments totaling $375 should have been received at this point in time.
