  • Please bring all required materials EVERYDAY that you are in school or have after-school practice; This includes a mask with a slit for playing, brass - puppy pads or similar material to absorb water, and collapsible wire music stands.

ALL band and color guard members need complete the Band T-Shirt Order Form to select their t-shirt size no later than Monday, September 14th. Be sure to hit submit at the end. If we don’t hear from you, we can’t guarantee a size.

Parents: you are welcome to purchase additional shirts at $16.00 each. Please complete the order form and indicate how you will complete payment. This can be done via check/cash turned into the “Woody box” at school, mailed to Band P.O. Box or with Paypal/credit card through the donate button on the website.




We are excited to be able to get a little Friday night fun back! Join us to support the Mustangs at the Homecoming game this FRIDAY, September 18th. Upper classroom have had access to sign up so now its Sophomores and Freshmen’s turn. The link will come to you and your student in email on the assigned day for your grade; Monday Sophomores and Tuesday Freshmen.

Please remember the special game rules are in place to ensure future participation at Football Games, let’s do our best to represent THE Houston Band as the great kids that we know and love.

We will also have mandatory after school rehearsal (3:00pm-4:30pm) on Wednesday, September 16 and Thursday, September 17 for those signed up. Please don’t sign up for a spot if you can’t be there for those rehearsals.

All members signed up, need to be in stadium seats by 6:30pm/Houston Band Member Shirts Required (we will provide shirts to any new members). We recommend eating before arriving at the stadium, but we will be giving the kids a snack at Half-Time as well.

placements this year. Challenge your section leaders to be the first to sign-up.



If you have not paid the $500 booster dues for this school year, please do so as soon as possible. Our budget is built around everyone paying their share.
