We have made the decision to cancel the trip to UT Martin scheduled for this Saturday (9/25). Instead of traveling, we will hold another Saturday rehearsal at school and work to finish putting the show on the field. This decision was not made lightly, but this option will put the band in the best possible position for the rest of the competitive season. It's important to remember that half of our after-school rehearsals have been held indoors due to weather conditions (excessive heat and rain). Our students are doing absolutely wonderful work under very difficult circumstances, and we want to give them the very best chance of having the kind of success they deserve.
This Saturday's schedule will follow the same plan we had for last Saturday's mini-camp.
9:00 AM - Students on the field with all equipment (instruments, flags/rifles, dot cards, water bottles)
12:00 PM - The Hospitality Committee will provide pizza for lunch (Please see the sign-up genius below for Donations & Volunteers).
Students should bring beach towels or camp chairs to sit on during lunch.

We WILL be attending the rest of our competitions starting with Huntingdon on 10/2.
