Dear Band Parents and Students,

Here are important things your need to know about the end of the year.  Please pay close attention.

1.  The "Biggest Loser" contest is over and I (we) won by losing 20 pounds.  If you made a per pound pledge, multiply that by 20 and please send in your money as soon as possible.  If you would like to take this opportunity to make a donation to the band as well, we would certainly appreciate your generosity.

2. The Final Concert will be held at the GPAC on Tuesday, May 12.  Our banquet is at the Collierville Christian Church on Thursday, May 14.  Families, friends, and relatives are invited to attend.  The cost for the concert is $5.00 and the banquet is $15.00.  Please send your money to the turn-in box in my office.

3.  Graduation Band students have after-school practice twice before playing at graduation on May 22 at 7:00 p.m.  Please check the roster and your calendar.

4.  Please pay close attention to your after-school rehearsal schedule for the next week or so.  Be on time (2:20).

5.  The Wind Ensemble is playing at Sycamore Elementary on Thursday, May 14, at 9:45 a.m. and at Farmington Elementary at 1:15 p.m. on the same day.
